Opposite of a vampire?

I'd say Paladin according to the classic scale.

Monks often aren't aligned with good or evil. They just strive to achieve physical perfection.

In this case, Vampires are Chaotic Evil, Paladins are Lawful Good. Monks are generally either true or chaotic neutral.

 

in the classic sense of vampire it would be paladin yes. But nowadays vampire are more neutral aligned

Wouldnt the opposite be chaotic or lawful? I mean if you put it on a line... You got
Chaotic----------Natural--------Lawful split that and you got either Chaotic---------Natural or Natural--------Lawful. So Then todays vampires would be opposite to any extreme.

Alignment takes precedence over disposition (for instance, Lawful Good will never kill anyone even if it were to save someone unless it was a VERY last resort).

Chaotic means they don't follow any rules, save the beat up bad guys and not good guys rule or vice versa (Deadpool is my fave example of Chaotic Good).

True means they follow the precepts of their alignment regardless of laws or codes, but follow their own set of rules sometimes (Batman is a good True Good, but he sometimes lapses into Chaotic). Also, True Neutrals really don't a **** about anything.

Lawful means, obviously, you follow all laws. Lawful Evil is kind of an interesting one. You generally only see it when the bad guys set the laws (Empire from Star Wars is the best example according to Google).


According to the D&D mythos (which is pretty much the basis for ANYTHING these days), Paladins are almost 100% Lawful Good (although I think you used to be able to make a True Good paladin in editions past).

As Vampirism is an acquired trait, your disposition is unaffected (though you always turned to an Evil alignment). However, the only characters who chose to stay in that state are usually Chaotic, simply because, as a Vampire, many laws would hinder you in unpleasant ways (such as walking into any Good aligned city is enough to get them to attack you)

 

But thats DND is that what we are talking about here or are we talking like.. Modern day vampire lore?

I'd have to say that vampires in that are chaotic neutral + infused with darkness.

Actually I read about this police case where they found some girl wandering in the middle of the street at night and they found out she was kidnapped by some guy who thinks he is a vampire and he like restrained her and used a needle on her to withdraw her blood and then he supposedly would drink it and then rape them. He was reported to have done to this to many other women too whom weren't so luck and were killed, pretty sick if you ask me.

Of course he was not a actual vampire by any means just some guy sick in the head.

One, I have a sexual thing for blood, majority of the people here know that.

Two, what right do you have to tell me that I need help, simply because I like blood? I'm not hurting anyone, the only people I touch are consenting individuals.

Three, your personal biases because you are hemophiliac, should stay out of things.

Two: To say you're a vampire is, quite plain and simple, a delusion.

Three: Personal bias? Screw that, there's a reason human blood is not a staple food in cuisine.

That doesn't mean I am a mythic vampire of legend, but I am a vampire, or if you prefer, a sanginarain(sp?).
