i don't know what it is i just hate rice no one should have to be forced to eat disgusting rice this site is only give them this disgusting white substance and it makes ticks me off that they couldn't give them something better

I love rice.

Rice is easy to give out in large numbers and its cheap and cheerful and very handy so its an obvious choice when you want to feed large numbers of starving people. Also rice is the most common food product in underdeveloped countries.

 

so is corn its cheap and easy to give to the masses

Corn isnt very cheap. Its a vital ingredient in many modern productions, so its cost is rising. And why give people corn if they prefer rice?

 

it may not be cheap where you live becuase its such a cold place but where i live corn is very cheap

 

Corn has very little nutritional value compared to rice. However, rice, as well, isn't enough to sustain people by itself.
