    Yes it's for real, surprisingly. I've shifted my answer from a scolding to no punishment at all. Scolding is a parents job, not a police officers.

    Yet even that didn't happen! The police in my area are quite annoying. For instance, I was driving at night when a cop drove up beside me and flashed his light into my window. His sirens were off, I was on speed limit, and yet this cop is blinding my side view with his damn light, just waiting for me to look suspicious. Luckily, I had to make a right turn and got away from him.

    So yeah, I agree with Darktemplar, some areas REALLY need better police officers.

    They need to change their mindset and policy... I'll throw my 2 cent tomorrow :)
