Employees are speculated to lurk fansites, and seeing as how this is the largest one, there is quite a good chance that genuine ideas get passed up to people who can do something about them.
As Kuvasz said there's a very good chance seeing as we're one of the biggest, if not the biggest (and probably nicest too) SC2 community around. Craziest thing I remember was when one of our members had an idea for a structure to be built by the Nighthawk (then called the Nomad). A couple weeks/months later a new Spider Mine-laying devise was featured in the then current alpha build, and its behavior was extremely similar to the one made up by our member.
