    Don't think that there is any problem for Blizz that the Retails are shipped out so early. If you try to install it, it needs a internet-connection. If its before the 27th, you can't install it. If you have no internet-access, you can't install it.

    The only problem i see in this case are the hacker-groups who might be proud to get there hands on the game early to develope the first cracks....

    actually, Blizzard themselves also ship it earlier than the release date with their prerealease download
