    True. I was more thinking of the person being attacked by this rampaging, drug-crazed, sleep-deprived lunatic as the victim, but if he's being attacked with a double flail... I guess not.

    Okay, a quick trip to wikipedia yielded the following results:

    Simply put, a mace is a club with a radially symmetric head, so the blows can be delivered from any angle.
    A flail is a rod with mass(es) attached by a hinge or chain (technically the nunchucks are a lightweight flail).
    A morning star is a club weapon resembling a mace with one or more spikes protruding from the head.

    I actually would consider wikipedia to be slightly more trustworthy than Diablo, even when it comes to weapon classifications.
