Oh wow, didn't notice that haha. Maybe it was team melee? I know you can go over 200 in one of the game modes.

I mean there is a big flat blob for him and big fat blob for the other guy!

 

Actually if you play team melee, you can play 1 on 1 still. Just set the teams to 2 on a LAN game, and leave 3 slots open on your side. You'll have a higher unit max if you leave all 3 open, and you can set each one to a different race. Youll then start off with drones, scv's and probes. Then you can set the other team as a computer.

I used to do this when I lived at my cousins house with no internet connection. I don't remember if it went to 800, so it could be hacks too.
