Perhaps light the rope on fire at a point you have enough room to use it for the bottle?

The tree catches fire, and the wall burns down, opening up a new area.

You breathe fire at the leaves. Some of them wilt with the heat, but nothing catches fire. The tree doesn't seem to be flammable.

 

Everything is flammable.

 

I could keep track of stats or such, so if you have to go into an area you have to have a 25str or more.
@Dark, not everything can take a flame... Anyway, swing the rope up on the tree, climb it and then look for anything. As drie said.

 

I think she would do it if it was that sort of game.
