The "How was you day folks ?" thread

Today I worked. And my father went on my bedroom to continue the renovations. He caled a man to help him in this task. Today, I tell you, my bedroom is all white ! White walls, white plafond. All this for the first layer. And then they will paint with the color that O chose : 2 actually : RED and GREY !!! For my bedroom.

Once the renovations will be over, I will send you picures of it. It will be beautiful !

Didn't even thought about this. It is dark red actually. And clear gey. It's kinda beautiful, believe me. I will post pictures soon once the work will be done. I think I have 2 weeks to finish the whole floor, but for my bedroom maybe 3 days yet. I bought too many paint If you want I give you the rests. I have 4 liters of Red paint and 4 liters of grey paint. You can repaint your bedroom too. But you have to come to me, I don't send it by mail.

 

I think I'll order a taxi to pick it up for Meee

Today I have finally finished the renovation of my bedroom !!! :-D
FINALLY !!!

It is a beautiful bedroom now. It was beautiful before but a smaller one. Now it's great ! I have to decorate it. It is kinda too big. lol
Will Blizzard release official posters of Starcraft 2 ? I would like get some of them and paste them on one wall or two.

 

Hey ! Do you remember I told you that I made a blood test to verify if I was infested by any virus or anythign else ?
Well, I have nothing !! Nothing to worry about ! I got the result 2 weeks ago but forgot to mention it here.

 

I made a terrible, terrible accident today with my taxi ! Once again. But this time, dear members, I was about not to post here anymore. I just escaped DEATH !! Or terrible injuries.

I made a HUGE accident today with my taxi because of the snow. I lost control. My car hit a tree at 70 km/h and layed on the side. Some airbags blew on my face. And ... I am safe, and smiling in front of my computer. You know, I don't realize again. Most of the cars don't support such an impact. I am safe, I am not harmed, I would lie if I say I am not injured. Actually I am injured on my face. I have a very little injury because of the glasses I wear and which went away from my nose because of the front airbag.One knee is a bit injured too.
Some colleagues of mine saw a taxi laying on the side and saw me, so they stopped to know if I am good. I went to the hospital and I have nothing important. They gave me a one day holiday.

It snowed a lot and suddenly. I can see the last seconds before the impact. You must know that I am lucky to be here in front of my computer talking to you, dear members. I swear that if I drove another car than this I was driving (a Mercedes E class) I would be dead or badly injured. May God preserve me. Now I can still smell the odor of the powder that blew the airbags inside my nose.

A colleague of mine took fotographes of the accident. He will give them to me so that I can send them to the internet. I will update my blog and will warn you to see the photos.

When I think that most of the drivers would not survive an accident like this. Thank you God !

 

I do not think you should be driving mate. The taxi company might as well take their money and stuff it into the trash can.

 

The destroyed car I gave them will allow them to have a brand new one, paid by the insurance company. Maybe not in the totality. The company may thank me to have done an accident. Frankly for the bad moments I lived the company will try to take the full advantages.

 

You do understand that in the olong term they lose money from accidents right? If you crash dozen cars each month the insurance company will rise the fees to cover it up.

 

They also touch a lot of indemnities. And the price of the insurance they pay is a fixed price. I know them. They have long arms. They got a lot of advantages. They don't even lose with the destroyed car I gave them.

I went today to the company. I was convoked to the office of the vice-President and the director was at the office too.
They asked me how I have done to make the accident.
I am a fool. I told them the truth. They have some arguments against me.
I drove too fast. I was at 90 km/h than 70. I couldn't lie to them because the car (as all the other cars of the fleet) have a disk recorder, a black box that save all the informations as the speed, the time and where the car was.
They asked me where I was exactly. More in ther right side of the road, more in the left where there were snow.
I also cut a continue line. That's an important mistake. They used Google Earth to see exactly were the taxi was before I lost control. As I told the truth I am in a bad situation.

I know what will happen afterwards. They asked me to come back at 2:00 PM to meet the President himself. Here of course I know what will happen : I will get fired. :-( I have a very little chance to be spared, but I doubt of this.

Now, I am sure I will be fired. I will not have the rights to touch the unemployment because I made an accident that I could have avoided. Plus the speed question doesn't favorise me. Even if I drove like the others users and that I tried to pass through them, when I was in my rights.

I will tel you the final word of the President later this day.

Now it is official : I am fired.
Worse, I am fired for important cause (in French, "faute grave"). This means I made a very important mistake and I have no right to get indemnished by the unemployment office, for a certain time.
But I don't worry. I tried to defend myself against the boss and his son but they had THE argument against me. I drove at 90 km/h at the exit, I was in my right, BUT I drove at this speed under bad climatic conditions, so this is the argument that was fatal to me.
A colleague of mine talked to me after the meeting I got with the boss. He told me he was not far behind me when I made the accident. He told me it was a spectacular accident. I hit the tree at the side of the road at a high speed. The boss told me that I hit the tree at 90 km/h. He had the datas from the recorder of the black box of the car (which name is UDS) and told me the results.
So I hit the tree at 90 km/h and the car made a 360° pirouette in the air. The car turned on itself at maybe 1.5 meter from the ground.
Some airbags blew up. And I got my belt. I am safe. I swear to you that if I drove a normal car than this Mercedes E class ... I'd be dead ! Or badly injured. Thank you God !! My parents told me this is a test God gave me. I believe it.
I called a syndicalist. He talked about my case to other syndicalists. They said my case was not defendable at any trial. Because of the speed. I was not at a speed exces, but for the weather I was.
I don't care anymore. I am alive, I was supposed to be now at the hospital.

 

I will try to do my best not to point out the incredible irony in your god comment. Must... resist...

Thanks Gforce. I have stocked the pictures of the damaged car in my mobile phone, I will upload them to my blog soon .
Too bad a colleague of mine has made photographs of the crashed car laying on the side. But as I can't reach the team anymore....

Are are some pictures of the damaged and destroyed car I put in my blog.
This car is in the garage of the company. I have not the spectacular pictures of the car at the place of the accident. I have no more contact with the guy who made them. That's too bad.
I wanna say I am not glad and satisfied by this accident. I lost my job because of this.
