Sorry, not convinced. What has that tentacle guy achieved? He got his arse handed to a plate by some terminator squad most likely - having tentacles and a cool suit isn't badassery enough. Garrosh on the other hand has 2 horns of some weird beast 100 times his size as an armour, that's badassery!

 

You need to brush up on your WH40k lore.

Chaos Marines, due to their suffusion in the Warp, are far more powerful than standard Imperium Space Marines.

That tentacle hand dealy he has likely means that either he's possessed by a daemon, or at least empowered by one. Lore of the daemons is basically godmode against any non-Gamma+ psyker.

Pretty sure Garrosh doesn't have any psychic abilities besides his whole insanity thing.

Garrosh cleaved a demonic empowered dragon as big as a zeppelin in half with a single swing, during the assault on Twilight Highlands, then survived a fall from a couple hundred meters because his zep was on fire, and proceeded to lay waste to alliance forced again as soon as he landed. That's pretty badass.

Also, Pit Lords in Warcraft are some of the most powerful demon species you can encounter. He's wearing one's tusks.

He doesn't need special powers. He will simply slice the crap out of anything in his path.

I can't find anything about a dragon that Garrosh kills. I'm assuming it's of the Twilight Flight, but the only one I can find with the "Deceased" status in Twilight Highlands is Dargonax, and he was killed by a Nether Drake. Interested in this.

In WotLK, if you look above his throne, Mannoroth's skull was up there, with the tips of his horns cut off. Mannoroth was killed by Grom, Garrosh just took the tips.

Low level Warp daemons in WH40k make people melt by looking at them. There's also record of one flying through (destroying it ofc) a dreadnought while it's power is severely limited.

Also, on that last point, if I may make one small correction...
He doesn't need special powers. He will simply slice the crap out of anything in his path with his heavily enchanted, lore-named battleaxe.

EDIT: @ drie - I know. If it was Grom, I'd be singing a different tune here, Grom was straight up BAMF. It would take a named CSM to defeat Grom.

Also, quest more, and you'll find out soon enough. He just says "get off my ship!" *slash* *dead dragon*

Also, Twilight Dragons are empowered by Faceless Ones, and are wielding the powers from C'Thun himself that way. I can't really think of a more badass demon then an Old God. I mean, ffs, it's basically Cthulhu himself. Only instead of being just big, he takes up all the space beneath a whole continent.

garrosh isn't a chaos orc. He isn't even corrupted. He's just sort of a ****.

Stir, you DO realize that a Space Marine pretty much literally does not know the meaning of fear, correct? Also there's the fact that his machine gun is .75 cal, about one and a half times larger than a mounted machine gun of our age. Or he could use a Hellfire round which literally injects acid into Garrosh's poor squishy orcish body.

Because I have seen Faceless Ones corrupt Alextraza's red flight eggs right before my eyes on a bossfight in Grim Batol, with Twilight Drakes hatching only seconds afterwards.
