I thought the Swastika was flipped for the Nazis, as in, instead of being clockwise, it was anti-clockwise, or vice versa, either clockwise or anti-clockwise being a symbol for peace and the other -wise being the Nazis' symbol.

To be honest, I don't think there is a face. Over the right side of the apple, there's a something, but it doesn't look like an eye

 

@ Banned. Cheers. Looks like there's no real pattern or reason for whether they're clockwise or not.
