No I am not. The third post mentions a soul already.

I think our soul stays with us when we die so we can all take part in the zombie uprising in 2012.

Anyone read the book 30 minutes in hell? I think it touches on the subject somewhat.

I think there will be no 'end of the world' unless something were to strike the earth with enough force to break off a part, destroying the magnetic field and atmosphere. Then we'd be screwed!

the "end of the world" won't happen unless you figure out a way to cause 5,973,600,000,000,000,000,000 tonnes of iron to stop clumping together.

the "end of the world as we know it" pretty much happens once every generation. i mean, the internet changed the world. so did cheap cellphones (in combination with the internet!). could you seriously go back, say, 30 years, in the 80's and would ANYONE predict how the world works right now?

Quantum physics implies that the only thing that is truly substance in the universe is consciousness.

You are not making any sense as is everyone who tries to argue their nonsense using qunatum physics and is not particle physicist.

I meant quantum mechanics, my fault. Nevermind though, I thought even a person who claims to know somethings about quantum physics would have at least heard about the measurement problem.

I know what the measurement problem is. I tell you what else I know: I know that it has nothing to do with your statement and I also know that if you were to say that bull**** in the physics community everyone would laugh their *** off and ignore you as a lunatic. Oh and this is the last time Ill bother to react to an assertion of fact which is not being backed up by proper - I mean - ANY evidence.

true randomness exists, therefore nothing except consiousness is real. got it. perfectly logical.

My claim is a theory within the realm of possibility that is supported by the measurement problem. I am not a physicist, and neither are you, so how would you know who wouldn't be intrigued by the measurement problem? I can't imagine everyone in a science community is as stuck up and closed minded as you show yourself to be. In fact, it was Albert Einstein who said imagination is more important than knowledge. I have seen your asserted facts, and you don't back anything up with evidence either, so if we were all like you, we would be ignoring you also. Anybody who does not back something up with hard evidence does not assert it as pure fact... I would think that would be obvious enough it does not even have to be addressed. Those of us who do not have dull imaginations like to dwell into the realm of possibility, but if you want to miss out on the fun, suite yourself.

Albert Einstein also never said that people get to subtitude knowledge with their imagination which clearly you are doing. And don't play the closed-mindness card on me again. Simply because I no longer let any new age woo woo get away with misrepresenting serious science does not make me closed minded and if it does I take pride in being called that way.

This is the only question that I found in your text: 'I am not a physicist, and neither are you, so how would you know who wouldn't be intrigued by the measurement problem?'
My answer: I never said anything about anyone (not) being intrigued.

Funny thing is that most people who were thought to be lunatics and were ridiculed because of their ideas, later turned out to be right. Just saying. (even though it most likely isn't the case here ^^)
