If it weren't for the backward U.S. right-wing 'socialism/communism scare' it might have been possible to install a proper social healthcare for all just like every other western developed country has. Instead Obama is forced to jump through hoops and clip the bill wherever possible and then people take a huge dumb on him for not pushing through a proper universal healthcare reform.

I had high hopes for this, but I should have known better since it's coming from the crooked puppet, Borack Obama. There's alot of fishyness I have seen in the bill... I don't want to get into it right now, but it's a clear cut attempt at expanding government power.

Your post would hold a lot more weight if you managed to spell Barack correctly.

The bill is weird and messed up because of backwards conservative senators protecting their multi-million dollar kickbacks and 'campaign contribution' *COUGH*bribes*COUGH COUGH* from the various insurance and drug companies. The complete misinformation tactics employed by opponents of the bills are also to blame, falsely inflaming the American populace with misinformation, untruths, warped facts, and outright lies.

and that's life, what else is new for anywhere else upon this planet? Lies, death, power , and money, none of it really matters. People are loons, we have the extremist left and right, both throwing misinformation in an attempt to make themselves look good.

Now i dont agree with most of the things that Barrack has done in the last year, especially with the huge cut to NASA and the Health Care bill infringing upon state's right, but that is just how life is. Just hope for the best and keep the gun loaded.

Also go crocodile hunting, give yourself a challenge every once in awhile.

Obama recently announced in Florida that NASA is going to get a huge raise in funding so I wouldn't worry about that. And in what terrible way does the health care bill infringe upon state's rights?

From what i understand of the bill, it forces the states to take the bill. Not let them take the option of opting in or out, but forcing them to have it. That is where it infringes on the State's rights.

But until they release the document to the public, im taking everything i hear with a grain of salt.

Doesn't the federal law triumph the state law? So if state law allows insurance companies to cheat people out of their money and treat them like cattle and then federal law prohibits that from happening the federal law applies?

No federal law does not automaticly trumph state law, the original thought behind state law vs federal law was so the Federal Govt would not have to much power over the states themselves. Within the constitution it is written that the Federal Govt can not force the people to buy a certain item/thing, because that is taking away the freedom of choice.

However, people are just hating to hate now, so probably within the next two decades, if it continues like this, we shouold have the Second American civil war here. there's just no logic politics really, just retards.

I doubt that the bill would be written as to contradict the constitution in such a blatant manner. I don't even hear the Republicans bringing up this point. And if it is then please take it to the court and you will have all my support but again I doubt that's the case.

The bill, in a nutshell, requires you pay taxes so you can have free aspirin for your heart attack.

as opposed to paying a corporation money so that you don't get any aspirin for your heart attack, because you have a family history of heart disease.

I still find something enormously fishing about a 2000 page bill. anything that long is bad, in my opinion. And they don't allow it to the public. I get not thinking anyone will want to read it, but some people do, and I personally would read up on as much as i could understand. Something that long makes it feel like they;re hiding soemthing.

    It never was.

We're a constitutional capitalistic representative republic.

Not even CLOSE to a democracy.

What's implied is that you're paying taxes for the same coverage.

You're paying taxes for more coverage actually.

True, it doesn't cover cosmetics (So no more plastic surgery for you Rebel), but it does away with that 'pre-existing condition' ****e, as well as that family history crap.

No, it is bad news, and I wont be paying my taxes for it just like I don't have to pay my income taxes.
