Gah Neon you're one lucky person, hopefully my wait will be not too long... Did your friend get the key then? Must have been a FUUUU moment if he did.

@CyberPitz: Really? That really is unfair, Blizzcon i can understand since the key is tied to the email not the bnet account but 2 keys in one account. Either lottery system is broken and considers the one chosen already in its pile or someone at Blizz made a small mistake.

@Matte: Not sure what your trying to prove there, I'm going to guess that it was sarcasm.

@the8thark: I think the number of ppl who attended Blizzcon is quite a significant number... They would be hard pressed to keep record all of them except for the emails. They can't take people out with the same name in the opt in and Blizzcon cause there are risks of people who do have the same name who might get missed out, which would suck. And technically they could have removed the emails from the opt in which were the same as the one written in Blizzcon but that might take a lot time, better off sending the keys early and hope duplicate keys don't become too abundant. Just my thoughts on the duplicate or triplicate (ugh( keys.

    To MyWifeforauir,

It's so easy for Blizzard to have had a "I've been to Blizzcon" tickbox in your battle.net account. So it's ticked when you register for a Blizzcon so when the App used to send out the many beta emails skips the ones that have been to Blizzcon. So they don't get duplicate or triplicate keys. Very easy to do. But I'm sure Blizzard do not care about this. And I'm sure too they don't care that these duplicate keys are being sold for insane prices on Ebay.

Probably a good idea Blizzard is not seen as a rules nazi right away. It might turn some people off the game.

    ******************

I know when and if I get a key, I'll be playing very few full proper matches. I'll just be zooming in on units and the map to see if the graphics need fixing. Same thing with basic unit tactics to test balance in the game. So me winning games would not be a priority as long as I got to test graphics and tactics.

And I'll be writing blogs and making many little videos on said subjects too. I think very few people are doing something like this.
