Heh, dunno. In the dream I turned into a lion (ended up looking a lot like Nala from The Lion King) and an iguana, and decided I didn't like being on four legs, so I turned into a pteradactyl and flew out my window onto the porch. I was watching this all in third person, but it switched angles like a movie. My parents were looking at me, and the next time I saw myself I was human again, and I was holding a blanket up with my hands to simulate wings. Shapeshifting wasn't possible, not even in my dreams :(

Have you guys ever had a dream where you know you were dreaming and could control the dream? That's what happens to me, but I've been told countless times that that's impossible to know you are dreaming and control it.

Who would tell you something like that...?

Lucid dreams, as they are called, do exist and whoever is telling you they don't is misinforming you.

Considering that we always control are dreams yet sudden emotions will knock away what you want

for instants I want interesting things to come into my life i want to explore things and find true meaning

I have a dream in this dream I walk across the bridge then suddenly it flips over or brakes no matter how much I try a cannot get across the bridge however I think I want to cross the bridge but I don't think that much in dreams and realize how interesting it would be if I fell down the bridge.

Pfft... try dreaming about seven goldfish crackers each one color of the rainbow, swimming in the air, in a vertical line, chasing you through your house. (I had a dream about that, it was scary...)

They have a very violent theme song if you can ever hear the full thing again, "They smile at you until you bite their heads off"

    Am I weird?

When I have nightmares, but lucid (knowing you are dreaming right?) I usually can't wake up from them, but instead I usually give little tidbits to myself, the usual victim of my nightmares.

Like one time how demons were attacking my house, and I put a shotgun in the basement for myself.

I never have the kind of nightmares where something tries to mutilate me.
Nightmare monsters know I'd kill the crap out of them if they tried

Believe it or not, in my psychology class I learned that bad dreams is a sign of in a need of mental health. Personally I think thats hogwash as psychologists have also labeled happiness as a form of insanity/
