I knew about the Wii my family was getting, but that was because I went with my parents to try to find one for my sisters.

i strongly recomend you to buy one that is in the middle price group, cause they tend to be just as good as the expensive ones, and cheap ones break easily, i have also noticed that the expensive ones breaks rather easily too
