What color is your blood?

I have read from a Biology text, that blood CAN become a dark bluish color under the right circumstances. For example, if the person has a certain heart condition and De-oxygenated blood.

You are correct though that most healthy and normal blood is a reddish color but it can actually change to a blue shade under the right circumstances. So, someone on this poll could have that condition and say blue and be perfectly correct.

 

I voted red. I've heard the whole blue blood thing before but did research and NO--It's not blue

If i say red would that mean im normal, If blue would that be superior?.. colors are just visual effects from our occipital nerves sending signals through our brain to imprint that it is colored that way so i say im either one of it ^_^

my blood is not red it is neither blue but rather an optical illusion.... im not alive, im not posting here youre just hallucinating reading this post...

I really am hoping that those people who voted blue were just messing around or else... This world is in worse shape than I thought. Imagine 1/3 of the world thinking their blood is blue.

And please don't be a smart aleck and say some weird stuff like people with conditions can have blue blood... Yes but you know I mean normal people *cough*pancakechef*cough*.

you didn't ask what colour normal peoples blood is, you asked what colour the voters blood is, being as messed up as this forum is it wouldn't be too suprising if 1/3 had a rare condition which gives them blue blood, would it?

I remember a day when I was very young. I was 8. I was at school. Before going somewhere for holiday with the classe the teacheresse told us to give her our blood group. I am O positive.

But at that time I didn't know. She asked me "you don't know your blood group ? What do you have so in your veins ? Water ?" At that moment I answered 'No madam, I have Ketchup !"
