    TBH both of Banned and Willy's avatar and sig combos are vexing from a mod standpoint. The rule for this site though is actually pretty simple, keep it PG-13. While SC may be 16 or 17+ plus in some countries it is 13+ in the U.S. and considering 25 to 50% of this sites population/guests are in the U.S. that should be taken into account. Also there is the fact that there are a couple of people that are in fact under the age of 13 on this site (even though we don't restrict to PG). However for the most part the mods are pretty lenient (I am actually probably the most conservative of them) and location/situation is taken into account, if it's in space junk and doesn't cross a hard line your probably ok (elsewhere, well elsewhere isn't space junk so why would you need to go above PG-13?). Finally private boards at just that private they can't be seen publicly so I am not going to come down to hard depending on what ends up there (I can't speak for the other mods however).
