no no. what i mean is this. well, we know the overmind has like, one eye. and is likewise supported by veins and tendons, like ours. but how the hell can 4 tendons support his eye? i dunno how many exactly but i see that it's obviously 4.

let me correct that. they will NOT be able to gather resources here on earth because resources are to be dug underground now due to human's needs. and besides, they we're only able to gather resources from other planets just because that certain planet isn't really populated at all.

Well... let's take this out of context a little bit here....

We're talking about a fictional race based in a fictional story descending upon a real planet that is supposedly light-years away from their own universe. Then we're talking about them landing. I would assume they would have some technique of using our own resources against us.

You're either going to die hiding/running or die taking a few of them down with you. So I voted to stand up and fight. I just hope I've alive long enough to see the protoss come and sterilize the planet from space. I always wondered what it would look like if the atmosphere was incinerated.

I think humanity could probally hold off the zerg for a little while but eventually get overun. Also @ string_me_along that is truly interesting and morbid thought.

Well think about it... the Zerg never overran Korhal. And they were there in full force AND it was closer.

When the U.S. first detonated a nuclear fission bomb, the scientists as Los Alamos (where it was developed) had placed bets with each other as to whether or not it would catch the atmosphere on fire and destroy all life on earth. Luckily... it didn't. But ever since I found that out, I've just wondered... I hope to eventually write something for the memories of Adun thread involving planet sterilization. But school work comes first.

If we were going to lose to the zerg, we could probably figure some way of destroying the atmosphere and taking all the zerg on earth down with us.

I completely belive we could do it humans have a knack for destruction but it is still a morbid thought.

destroy the whole world or poison the atmosphere? if its just the atmosphere, then it;s not good. zerg are adaptable even in space.

/\ they are adaptable to space, but the planetary sterilization the protoss used destroyed all the zerg on mar sara and chau sara.

Also incinerating the atmosphere would do a little more than poison it

Well re think about it. I dout it was full force. They overran the Protoss Homeworld! The protoss being more advanced than us and knowing more about the zerg lost their homeworld. Imagine us! Especially since right now, we're alot weaker than the terran in starcraft 2.

Maybe we could hide a colony of people on mars/underwater/underground so that humans wont die out then do a planetary bombard...then again... the chances are slim.

what would we do if any aliens attacked earth? we would fight to the end! shotgun in one hand, ammo in the other, grenade in the pocket . who gives, just fight! for jesus! for uninfested s*x! to the end!
why dont we ask the martians for help?? or we could invite predators to go hunt the zerg aliens!

If Zerg invaded the earth I would invade the local black market and get myself an Mi-24 and soup it up a little (extra autocannons, miniguns in the crew compartment that kind of stuff)
