What would you do if Zerg invaded Earth?

You know eon what you just said, that would work so great if you gave someone a flame thrower. A whole bunch of college frat boys turned into fire bats, I can see it now....

I'm a hero woo for me! I can see it well, everyone on my floor is a joker, they're probably have fun flaming zergs. They'd make it into a game to see who can kill the most zergs in the least amount of time.

 

I would invite them to my barbeque then serve some fried zerglings.

Hmmm, to decide that we need some numbers. Let's see:

Zerg are about 20million including every single warrior. (Taken from wikipedia)
Humans are 6000million, but only a slight portion of them are warriors.
We have nukes, napalm bombs, MOABS and many devastating weapons which are not used in the Starcraft universe.
Zerg don't.

So overall, I think I would fight against them. Our chances are pretty high.

 

those numbers are only from the known swarms, with named cerebrates, i guess there are far more smaller zerg swarms

 

Considering they will be tearing through our ranks the moment they arrive, using most of these devastating weapons would cause as much damage to us.

We should work on some biological weapons that don't affect humans. The problem is that it's hard to tell if they will work on anything else

I'd find my loved ones, chill with them for a while, get one last jam session in with all my buddies, and from there, it gets a little hard to decide what to do. Probley enlist in the Army. Might as well give it a shot.

 

Buy a gun, license it, then start/join a militia. Chances are, the military can't help every region at once. They'll be busy defending important check points and red zones and bombing hives. It's up to us to fend for ourselves. Judging from past events and movies, I'd say New York is the first city to be attacked. I mean, Godzilla went there, meteors, aliens, bombs.

 

If we were attacked by zerg, the military would call the Koreans! It'd be Starcraft in real life. You, move there! SCV glitch through that mineral wall! Ahh! Zergling rush! SCV stack and kill them all! GG!

 

Well this IS the question. I thuoght of this many times, and I decided at fighting. It is sre that we would be defeated, but I would try to organise a band against them, and robber the gun shop, to defend ourselves.. But this is really interesting question. (I think at first everybody would fear.)

We should just build a huge underwater colony near the thermal vents or something, kinda like Rapture from Bioshock. Those good old harpoons never let us down hunting whales.

Just curious but why dont the terrans have this stuff? I mean seriously. The GPS targeting systems, the smart bombs, carpet bombings, and all that stuff. I am wondering if maybe the UED has these weapons in stock and are saving them. But thats just me thinking hard on this. What happend to all the brilliant technologies we have today and why did they not carry over?
Besides if the zerg attacked we could always just use biological warfare. Then again that could turn badly for us. So we would turn to carpet bombings and moab bombs. Believe me we humans are probably the most efficient killing machines ever created. We would win but at what costs I'm not sure. One reason we might loose is because the zerg can simply create a base on like.. Mars where we can't touch them. They would just keep on attacking us unless each nation takes a turn blowing up Mars with their nukes.

if it is a simple swarm with only:
zerglings
gaurdians
overlords
queens

than i would go for the ; stand on a balconee on the first floor with a flamethrower and rain death and fire upon your enemies tactic
