Who would you rather go to war against, humans, robots, or aliens?

Depends on how advanced the machines were. There are defenses against EMP's and they are available to civilian contractors. I don't think the machines would have a hard time getting them. Again Aliens still seem the most viable because if it ever went to ground combat we could try and assimilate their technologies to our own ends and use it against them. Biological warfare doesn't promise anything, as they could develop anti bodies for viruses. The viruses already exist, but the problem is the US has developed injections for them. Nukes would be a lot more efficient at killing off humans. Aliens could also be effected by diseases, so it goes both ways with the virus theory. You can't say for certain that we would be completely defenseless against Aliens. For all we know aliens could have never discovered nuclear weapons, or maybe their technology is only advanced enough to allow interstellar travel?
