    But seriously, if there were a reason for his injury (that was regarded as cannon), it would have been in that trailer. I think you could have figured that out. Of course, there continue to be theories...

    I think that he was injured by some sort of Xel'Naga booby-trap in the Hybrid Chamber.

    I think it was kerrigan, or the Xel'naga took a bite out of him. Either way he got messed up.

    Cause he got no nose,its just normal for an aged Protoss to breathe like that (how long can a Protoss live anyway?)Its one of the reason why they talk differently...
