More minor ones for me now.

    Bees.
Getting cut. It's more the factor of 'Holy **** I got cut by a knife/saw/blender/chainsaw/whatever'.
Growing old. I have no idea what's going to happen, and how I'm going to handle it.

    No.

I haven't been stung yet, so it's how much it's going to hurt is what scares me.

    Oh yeah. And needles.

    Jesus.

I know it's a little prick, I've had many before, but... yech.

    Not much.

We get huntsmen, redbacks, white-tails, daddy-long-legs, a couple of types of orb-weaver spiders, St Andrews crosses, and are the the funnelweb capital of the world. We even had a scorpion-tailed spider once! So awesome.

But yeah, of those, only redbacks, funnelwebs and debatably white-tails can cause any serious damage. In the most severe of severe cases, white-tails can make you sick, so their deadliness is a misconception. With redbacks, only kids and old people are at risk of dying from a bite, and there haven't been any deaths at all since the antivenom was invented, and as for funnelwebs, although they're extremely agressive and their venom can kill in forty minutes, there've been no deaths since their antivenom was invented, too.

In my opinion this isn't really a 'fear'. Its one of the worst things that anyone could possibly imagine happening to you, but I just don't see it as a fear like a fear of heights is. Not unless you've pissed off a loan shark or gotten on the wrong side of the mafia.

I'm also afraid of drowning, as I've had two near death experiences because of my inability to swim.

I can swim way better than when those two events happened... but...

I've had bees or wasps crawl on my face on multiple occasions, without ever getting stung, the trick is to stay still.

Though I know they arent too harmful, I still have a core fear of them, likely because of a run in I had with a wasp nest in Guam when I was around 4-5.

Was walking with my parents and pulled off a leaf of a short palm tree in our yard. As luck would have it, that tree had a new wasp nest on it, and they saw me as the attacker. Even with my parents rushing me back to the house, I still managed to get stung twice, once on the stomach and once right above my left eyelid.

Afterwards, my dad smoked the nest and crushed it.

    *Dives out of sight*

But seriously, I dunno. Probably, I've just never seen him do it. We've never had a bee or wasp infestation, or at least none I can remember. That said, what with having been an engineer, he's done some far more awesome things than that.

My greatest fear at the moment would probably be getting three 'N' awards for Chem in this single exam block.

The shop getting destroyed? And erm... dentists, I think, mainly because I can't see what he's doing, and if he slips up then there goes my appearance/ability to eat properly. Also when we trim the cats' claws I fear we clip too deep... I wouldn't know what to do when they start bleeding like mad.
