Zerg King

True i agree 'Behemoth' sounds cool but please explain why?

 

cause behemoth sounds big and powerful(also a bit evil) and it would totally fit ultralisk nr2

 

i'm with this guy. if they made a zerg king it would be this puny little insect that the queen bangs and then consumes. Sorry guys, but men get shafted in the insect world and makes me even more glad to be human!

 

Yeah, the term 'King' would not fit at all. I like the idea of a new Ultralisk. The zerg need a unit to be a meat tank to absorb punishment. A giant lurker sounds too used.. I'm thinking something completely new and maybe even use that afore mentioned enemy consume thing. Give the unit a really massive, fanged mouth. Multiple rows of fangs...yeah.

 

Well i think the Zerg King is gonna be the Hydralisk, if im not mistaken, thats what i think, of course Kerrigan is the Queen of the Zerg.

How about instead of a mega unit zerg have it where they can mass units easier. Like maybe if they had an upgrade where units could fast build for a certain period of time? I mean this would make sense because the zerg could rapidly mass a large force to combat the thor's or ms

A super unit for the zerg doesn't sound right. I mean the zerg arent supposed to have big huge units they are supposed to have a large force of smaller units or a large force in general. So it would make more sense to make it easier to infest things or for the zerg to spread and spawn faster.

 

Im thinking that instead of a super unit, a special kind of building because zerg focuses more on it. they are not really like terran and protoss who has like the thor and MS. That way we the three races are more distinct and definitely unique from each other

 

if there'll be a king i bet its gonna be raynor lol.. and a new b*tch (sorry for the word) zerg son ^_^

duran is a loyal subject of the queen of blades but.. it just wouldnt fell right or look good having a black guy and an infested alien ghost doing it lol the product will be a new breed indeed thereby giving birth to the "DARK ZERG" hahahahaha

 

Kerrigan, Raynor, Duran, and Razagal (clearly resurrected since she was infested) in a four-some. That would make the ulimate hybrid of crazy.

Infested Raynor would be zerg king. He would have little wings and get raped then eaten by Kerrigan (the fate of most insect consorts to their queens). Duran has something to do with the Xel'Naga, so he's probably the Queen Mum (ugly hats and all)

hang on... i'm confused... i thought the team specifically seaid that they WERE going to have zerg and terran counterparts the the mothership ???
and the balance issues that would bring up, you cant just have the protoss stopping time and creating black holes and give the terran and zerg nothing to counter act that, that would be stupid, incredibly stupid
and sure, they could give them something i suppose, like.. the terrans could get some sort of space satallite laser thing and rain down burning death, or the zerg could have some sort of psi beakon thingy that could call a butt load of swarms down from orbit, but that still seems off to me
in short, i think there WILL be a counter part

i hadnt thought of that, i thought they would keep the black hole ability
although i play zerg more often, that DID look pretty kick-ass
a zerg king... hmmmm, i suppose that makes since... with the right description and abilities, like an overlord-esque unit that would be like a warlord pushing his army forward. providing bonuses, like increased speed, attack damage, regeneration
that WOULD be pretty cool, i wonder what it would look like
